Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Mad Moose Equipment products, online services and website. Using the services indicates acceptance of these terms, the Privacy Policy and the applicable rental agreement.

Account information must be accurate and kept current. Account owners are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under their accounts. Suspected unauthorized use or a security breach should be reported promptly.

Payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider subject to that provider's terms. Displayed prices and fees exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and payments are made in U.S. dollars.

Users remain responsible for information and materials they submit. Submitted content must be lawful, accurate and non-infringing, and may not contain malicious code or violate another person's rights. The published terms grant the company a license to use content supplied through the services.

Users must be at least 18 years old or the legally required age in their jurisdiction and capable of entering a binding agreement. Services may not be used for unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, security interference, automated scraping, malware distribution or infringement of intellectual-property rights.

Either party may end service use as permitted by the agreement. Mad Moose Equipment may limit or terminate access while investigating a breach, protect the integrity of the services or discontinue features. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.

Third-party websites and connected accounts are governed by their own agreements. Mad Moose Equipment does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content or practices.

Site text, graphics, designs, photographs, software, trademarks and other proprietary materials belong to Mad Moose Equipment or its service providers and may not be copied or reused without permission, except where expressly allowed.

The online services are provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. The published terms limit warranties and liability and require users to indemnify the company and specified related parties for certain claims arising from service use, agreement violations or unlawful submitted content.

The published terms include binding individual arbitration and a class-action waiver. They direct users to contact Makingtrax@Madmooseequipment.com and attempt a good-faith written resolution before beginning a formal dispute process.
